We're continuing to dedicate a 'Ladies Only' gym slot session, running from 9AM till Noon

(Runs daily, new members are welcomed to join)

 

 

Prices

We continue to offer fantastic value for money, with sessions remaining at only £3 per visit or alternatively you can pay £20 monthly.

 

We're also offering a special price of £18 per month for Ladies.
